Bibaev Bakhytzhan

Bibaev Bakhytzhan Toktasynuly - designer of the GCE “Nomad City Hall”. He was born on January 28, 1976 in the Akzhar aul of the Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region. From 1982 to 1990, he studied at Abai secondary school. In 1991-1993 he received a specialty tractor driver in the secondary special technical school. 1996-2001 he studied at the Faculty of Architecture of S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University. From the period of 2002-2010 he is the Head of theFaculty of Social Sciences of S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University. From 2010 to 2012 he is an actor  of the KVN Theater in Astana. In GKKP "Nomad City Hall" he works since October 10, 2018.
